As the practical field experts and problem solvers in the blue crab fishery, the Maryland watermen are leading the charge in developing long-term solutions for the Chesapeake’s crab industry. Our group – the Blue Crab Industry Design Team – meets regularly to work on developing a strategy for managing the commercial blue crab in Maryland. We invite all Maryland watermen and community stakeholders to attend our upcoming meetings.
Our website is the central place to get and give information. We want to encourage your feedback and interaction. We welcome your ideas.
